I’m Abi, an online coach with over seven years’ experience coaching women, a lifestyle-based approach to health and fitness and love for helping women build true body confidence.
My fitness journey began when I was an elite level karate athlete and ended up spending years struggling with constant binge and restrict cycles, a terrible relationship with food and zero body confidence. I was fixated on having to make -61Kg to fight
I wasted years feeling stuck and I have made it my mission to help as many women as possible get unstuck from these cycles, build a body and lifestyle they love and never have to promise themselves they’ll start again.
It taught me to focus on my performance and the numbers I was lifting rather than the numbers on the scale. Focusing on getting strong in the gym gave me a sense of achievement, accomplishment and it healed my relationship with food by allowing me to focus on eating for enjoyment, performance, and recovery. Not to be as small as possible.
Getting strong and taking a lifestyle focused approach to health and fitness healed my relationship with food, fitness, and my body.

As an athlete, I faced every obstacle you can imagine and as a coach, I now give women the support and guidance I wish I had.
